The movie starts when Special Police got their day off. In Tokyo, Sen and Umeko goes having lunch together at Jugatsu Tsuitachi restaurant at Asakusa. Umeko got message on her phone that the Dekarangers celebrated the 20th anniversary.

As they leaves the restaurant, Sen wonders to Umeko why the newbies leave the Earth Branch after she recalls when Ten Haretsuki leaves the Branch. Suddenly, the explosion occurs. As both Sen and Umeko rush to the site, they found Marple, a tiny alien, who was being hit by rubble.

From the far, a mysterious female alien, Raenjo, is seen on the roof. Sen reports it to Doggie Kruger, who asks Hoji, Jasmine and Tetsu to the scene. Meanwhile, Sen and Umeko questioned Raenjo, but she speaks only in alien language.
After arriving at the scene, the Dekarangers trying to stop Raenjo. Raenjo then attacks the Dekarangers, but as she are about to escape, suddenly the Premier DekaRed arrives.
