Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger: The Legacy of the Master’s Soul
Toei announced a new spin-off for Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger, and it will focus on the mentors of the current Ryusoulgers. “Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger: The Legacy of the Master’s Soul” will focus on Master Red (role reprised by Masaya Kikawada), Master Blue (role reprised by Jouji Shibue), and Master Pink (role reprised by Miyu Sawai) prior to the events of the TV series.

Their successors, namely Koh/Ryusoul Red (role reprised by Hayato Ichinose), Melto/Ryusoul Blue (role reprised by Keito Tsuna), and Asuna/Ryusoul Pink (role reprised by Ichika Osaki) will also appear in the spin-off as well, alongside with their eventual teammates, Towa/Ryusoul Green (role reprised by Yuito Obara), and Bamba/Ryusoul Black (role reprised by Tatsuya Kishida).

In the spin-off, prior to the Druidon’s return to invade Earth, the three masters took much care in assessing their successors-to-be. Isuka (played by Kanon Hanakage) is confident in her strength, but could not accept that Master Pink is favoring Asuna. Her impatience was felt by Master Blue as well.

At this time, a Minosaur suddenly appeared. This Minosaur used techniques similar to the ones Isuka had just learned. Could it have been born from her? Also who is Hana (played by Ren Komai), a mysterious girl who appeared before Master Red?!

Also appearing in this spin-off are: Kenji Matsuda (Kamen Rider Hibiki, Kamen Rider Kiva) as Nire, Master Red’s senior; and Karen Miyazaki as Mayu, Master Blue’s former pupil and is researching about the Ryusouls.
Directed by Hiroya Taka, who directed episodes 40 and 41 of the Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger TV series and also wrote some episodes of the TV series, and written by Ayumi Shimo (Mashin Sentai Kiramager VS Ryusoulger), the spin-off is set to premiere this October 17th via the Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club.
